FROM LONG ISLAND:
The Long Island Expy ( LIE ) to exit 37 south (Willis Ave).
or The Northern State Pkwy ( NSP ) to Willis Ave exit  south.
Continue south on Willis  for approx 1.0 miles..

From Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island:
 You can use either the Belt Parkway or 278 - The Brooklyn Queens Expressway. 

The Belt Parkway Eastbound becomes the Cross Island  Parkway.  Once you pass Kennedy airport, merge into the right two lanes and approximately 4 miles ahead the road divides and the Cross Island Parkway north begins ( CIP ) by branching  off to the RIGHT. Take the CIP north to the Grand Central Parkway (GCP) East (Eastern Long Island) exit and keep to the right. The GCP becomes the Northern State Pkwy ( NSP)  and take the NSP to exit 29 -  Willis Ave south.
The Brooklyn Queens Expwy ( 278 ): Eastbound just over the Koscuisko Bridge on the right is the exit for the Long Island Expy ( 495 ) Take the Expy east to exit 37 south (Willis Ave, Mineola). The off ramp places you on the service road.  Make a right at the light (Mobil gas station) onto Willis Ave. Go approx 1.0 miles.
Public Transit Directions:
Public transportation is available via the Long Island Rail Road to the Mineola train station.Tips:Buy your ticket before you get on the train (so you don’t get charged the buying-tickets-on-the-train penalty) between your home station & Mineola. On Saturday, you’ll pay the off-peak price.You can buy a round-trip ticket at the machine if you're taking the train back. If you're not on a line that includes Mineola in its stops, you'll most likely be changing trains at Jamaica. Here is a link to the LIRR train schedules:

Don’t forget to consult the weekend schedule for your route instead of the weekday schedule.The Mineola train stop is between Old Country Rd and Jericho Tpke. Here is a link to the Saturday bus schedule:

Alternately, you can take a short cab ride from the cab stand at the train station us.  It should cost you around $6.00.
